Why you SHOULD be a Private Lender

In the past 16 years the stock market has crashed twice. Yes, the values of stocks dropped in half twice. I hope this does not happen again, but it probably will.  Imagine the sleepless nights investors spent seeing their retirement investment accounts that were supposed to be safe and secure drop in half.  During these times my investors all enjoyed safe and continuous 10% returns without interruption.
