Share Your Best Blog Posts on BiggerPockets!

We just made it easier for members to share their best content on BiggerPockets!

Instead of only being able to submit your articles to our BiggerPockets Bulletins (social real estate news engine) via our site, you can now add code to your own blog so your readers can share your posts!

Simply use the code below and adapt it for your template:

What is the Point?

We built BiggerPockets Bulletins so people could share interesting and important real estate articles, news, and other content.  It is NOT a place for promoting your website, business, press releases, listings, ads, etc.  If you have NON-SALESY content, we welcome you to submit it.

Doing so will help to extend your audience, and open a conversation.

That said, don't be greedy.  If you only submit content from your own website, your domain will be locked out of the system and you won't be able to share any more with us.  We've put several stops in place to prevent manipulation, and have no problem banning a user from the bulletins system for gaming it.

BiggerPockets is a community first and foremost.  Help your fellow bloggers and others out by sharing fantastic content with them today!

  1. This link no longer works, and BP has become a walled garden with no outbound links it seems.

  2. Hello Guys! I have been thinking about sharing my investor experiences, but I've been busy fighting the voices that say "No one will care or be interested, It'll take too much time, it's too much work, there's so many who know so much more than you" etc.

But another voice keeps saying "There's so many women your age", (tail end of the baby-boomers, age 61) "that are starting to be very worried about funding retirement; wishing they could see an end to the work/job, or their husbands work/job; wondering how they could make 'passive' income; interested in real estate but don't know where to start; worried that they're not smart enough, or have enough energy" etc.

If you want, I could write about 1.) How I learned how to do this stuff in my mid 50's and early 60's, 2a.) How I made $130,000 on my 1st real estate deal rehabbing a house. 2b.) How I procured that property as an inexperienced investor amongst a frenzy of experienced sharks in the hot rehab market. 3) How I bought 18 units of inexpensive house/duplexes to cashflow several thousands per month to help my family. 4) How I got a fee of $117,000  last August by whole-saleing 2 crappy tiny tear-down houses w/o any of my own money. 5) How I bought 7 doors in 6 months in 2017, 5) How it's all about relationships! 6) How I sold 3 little duplexes and 1031 exchanged that into the downpayment for our first commercial property (just closed last month), a profitable 8-store strip mall, with a great mexican restaurant anchor bought for $1.4 mil, appraised for $1.6 mil.( That one mostly came from my husbands enthusiastic interest and networking.) Which leads me to 7): How To Be A Team, with your spouse. There's more!

Sorry this is long, but what do you think I should do with this?

    Thank you,

    Julie
