BiggerPockets is chugging along . . . we've got an incredible community, phenominal members, outstanding moderators, and as a result, we're acheiving excellence and new milestones!
We Just Crossed the 200,000 Forum Post Milestone!
We couldn't have come this far without all of enthusiasm of our members, moderators, and other team members, so I wanted to just say thanks! Our real estate forums are second to none (of course, along with BP in general), and the vast amount of content contained within only grows by the day!
As always, there are exciting things around the corner and we're ramping up to bring more great features, make some much-needed improvements, and we're looking forward to get BiggerPockets to the next level . . .2010 should be VERY promising!

@James - I'm glad you're a part of the BP family! @Jordan - When I stated the site I was excited when we had 3 people on the forums, so this, compared to my expectations starting out is beyond anything I could have imagined. That said, given my current mindset, I certainly hoped to reach the milestone sooner. 2010 is going to be a banner year for BP, so you can expect that number to explode! @Nick - That's just what I'm thinking, my friend!

pretty schnazzy I'm not surprised at the success of BP, it's only bound to continue higher and higher, remember this moment when you hit 500,000 and how silly this number looks compared to then, when it does happen
