Josh, Now the only challenge is to get people to admit that they NEED HELP! And we already know that some just don't want to search, but would rather ask others to search for them. But I like the ability to get self-help on the site.

The reason I suggest the other one for the members to use is that it is a little more simple.

Actually, I used another online screencast tool called <a href="http://screenr.com">screenr</a>. It is also very simple to use.

Cool! you got to use that new tool you found on the net the other day. Good stuff! I think I'll utilize that for some of the blogs that I do
