Another landlord murder in WA state

Seems quite dangerous to be landlord around here. Sadly, I think the days of mom/pop landlording are over. At least in this region.

    Sorry but I don’t agree - this is like saying lawnmowers are dangerous because 75 people per year die from them. How many landlords are killed by tenants per year?
