Evicting Tenant for Running Illegal business in SFH - massage parlor...

I did BRRR method for an awesome SFH in Williamsville NY. Tenant moved in July 1st and last week it was raided by police. Tenant was using this as an illegal massage parlor. I was notified by the Fire dept since they were involved due to risk of human trafficking. Police broke down the front door and found 1 girl inside & massage tables in each room. The police said the tenant had 4 other properties he was doing this work at. All were raided at the same time once they had him in custody.

I'm meeting with lawyer today to start the process for eviction.  Lease clearly stated no illegal business and I'm pretty sure he won't be able to pay rent without the additional cashflow he had coming in.

Tenant actually put the house address on a website for rub & tugs (rubmaps.ch)- that we are trying to get removed.  Unfortunately - it is based out of the Czech republic.

Does anyone have any experience in this.....evicting the tenant, not getting rub & tugs.........
