Had issues with the Cleveland Municipal Housing Court?

I have been Cited and Fined by the Cleveland Municipal Housing Court.  An Ordinance passed by the Cleveland City Council violated the Ohio State Constitution and bill of rights.  Would love to have conversations with others who have had dealings with this court.
