Insuring a Fix-N-Flip Property

Looking for any suggestions for insurers who will insure a high value, older "fix-n-flip" property in St. Louis. Recently acquired a fantastic property in a great neighborhood as a "fix-n-flip" however due the properties age and value I've not been able to find anyone to insure the vacant property while my crew does the restoration work. Anyone have any suggestions?

Hi Jaycee. Thanks for the tip!  I'll double check to see who we've reached out to and if Shelter Insurance was one of them. Darrell
