Section 8 properties

Jeffery Jones
Posted

Hello, everyone!

I’m new to the community and I’m planning to start a Section 8 rental property business. I’d love to connect with experienced landlords and investors who can share advice on getting started, selecting properties, and navigating the Section 8 process. Any guidance or tips would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance for your support.

You should reply with what market you are located in or the one you are looking to invest in so people from that specific market can give your their thoughts and point you in the right direction. For example, section 8 in California is not going to be the same as doing it in Ohio. Completetly different markets
