Kyle vs Hutto - Best out of state investment in Austin

Hi,

I am thinking of buying one of the new construction homes in Austin TX.

Contemplating between Hutto vs Kyle.

Could you pls share your suggestions?

Also, any idea why property tax is 2.2% in Kyle vs ~1.7% in Hutto?
