Home Insurance Vs Landlord Insurance

Hey BP! My wife and I are new to real estate investing and we have a question regarding insurance.

- We are currently under contract with a duplex in Lubbock, TX that has tenants in place. We are still working on getting information about their leases.

- The loan is FHA, we will be moving in shortly after close (house hack).

My question is since we will have tenants in place on one side while we live in the other side, do we purchase landlord insurance or home insurance, or both?

Thanks for your feedback!
