Can anyone recommend good insurance for a investment property that covers plumbing/ heating whether it’s repairs and replacement. Any good affordable package rates out there? Would appreciate recommendation and review from people who buy such insurances.

Ruchi, to make your search a little easier, I think the product you are referring to is a Home Warranty policy, which is different than a traditional Home/Rental policy.

This is usually purchased through the real estate broker at closing, but I think there are companies out there selling this, but do not have any recommendations.
