NREIG
Hi everyone,
Considering switching to National real estate insurance group. I like the ability to be able to have the policies in one place grouped together. I noticed a few threads on here complaining about reasonable claims getting denied by the insurance companies they work with.
Anybody have a positive experience? I know people are more likely to post when they are dissatisfied but just want to be careful.
Thanks!

That is still unacceptable.
If you send a proposal for 12 months and we got on the contract with you, it makes no sense to increase the premiums after a few months without our consents. Why would you quote for 12 months when that quote is not valid for 12 months? That doesn’t make any sense.
Furthermore, why would you increase the coverage amount without our consents too? The unexpected increase in coverage leads to a further increase in premiums which we never asked for. Is the ethical?
Sadly, after 4 years with NREIG, we have to drop all our insurance policies with you because of your unethical business practices. The world should know.
