I'm looking for any suggestions for REI friendly insurance companies in the Little Rock, AR area. This is a newly remodeled, turnkey, buy and hold property.

You should also check with Brant Barnes with Shelter Insurance in Fayetteville.  He's an investor as well as a great insurance agent.
