Special insurance?
New investor here
I just made a deal to buy my first property.
I was able to get it cheap because it was a rental that had a fire.
I'm already talking to a young family man who wants to buy it contract for deed and fix it up.
I'm willing to do this but what kind of insurance coverage should I buy while he is working on the house.
Just Liability? Or something else.
If he gets hurt who is responsible for taking care of medical care?
I just don't want to end up shirtless if worse comes to worse.
Thanks in advance
