Insurance Brokers, Flood Insurance

Having a hard time finding a good insurance broker. Often times when I'm analyzing a potential deal, I need to know the numbers for both hazard and flood insurance fast. How have you been able to find good brokers that can do this? Already combed through Google and it's just not yielding the people I'm looking for.

@Josh Green I'd second Kristine's comments on finding a independent insurance broker who is willing to work with investors.

I'd also add that if you are looking for quick quotes in FL, it's probably not going to happen.  The insurance market in FL is currently taking on huge losses and underwriters are tightening up their guidelines to try an become profitable.  For the consumer, that means more hoops to jump through and longer wait times for quotes.  There are still options, but don't compare turn around time that others are getting outside of FL.
