Where to Find a Simple Join Venture Agreement

Hello Everyone:

My name is Tiara, I'm not quite a newbie, but I'm not as experienced as many of you all here. I have a question about how and where to find a simple joint venture agreement. I just entered into a partnership with a fellow wholesaler and I've never JV'd a deal before, I'd like to know where I could find a simple JV agreement, and does if it costs. Thanks in advance!
