I've been watching sometime now other wholesales investing in markets outside of their primary location. This is something that interest me, I am looking into doing deals in the Dallas/ Houston, and Chicago market.. But by me being in memphis how would I handle putting properties under contract and flipping them to a end investor without me being their physically?

Any advice is appreciated, thanks

Cameron,

This is a difficult task. We have done this a little in Atlanta but there was too much time being taken away from what we are doing here in Memphis. It might just come down to position yourself with someone who has properties for sale in these markets and then advertise for buyers and then just connect the dots. This will probably be the easiest way for you to make it happen.
