Looking to Chat Wholesaling in the Twin Cities

I am looking to connect with experienced wholesalers in the Twin Cities area! Over the past year or so I have really done my research on wholesaling and know this is the path I want to follow to start my real estate investing journey. That being said, I have a list of single and multi-family properties in the Minneapolis area that I believe could be great off- market deals but I am not sure how to move forward since I have no experience with purchase agreements and assigning to an investor.
