First Time Wholesaler

Hi my name is Derek and I’m still doing research for this wholesaling thing. I still am kinda scared lol on the whole thing like what if I get hung up on cold calling? What if I can’t find the cash buyer? What do I even say to the seller? How much information do I need to tell the seller? I really think I can do good with my first sale but I’m still missing pieces to even start the wholesaling journey.
