Virtual Assistant. What costs should I expect to cover.
Hello! I have just started working with my first VA from the philippine's. She is good with all the areas i need for her to work except for the aspect of skip tracing but said she would work hard to learn it. She has recently contacted me letting me know that according to her colleagues who do this they use a paid VPN service, Mojo Dialer and Mojo skip tracer to do this and said she would probably need these services to do it also and that I would be covering the costs. I completely understand covering my end business expenses and am not trying to be a miser but i am also on a budget. So my question is when you hire a VA to do these services should you expect them to have the capability already and what business expenses should i be prepared to cover?
I just don't want to start out with these and then end up with her internet bill, phone bill, and electric bill as well lol
I'm working with a VA in the Philippines directly and I pay for her VPN and for the dialer. It's needed for her to do some manual one off skiptracing thru Truepeoplesearch, etc. From other posts that I've seen, I think that's standard. You shouldn't need to cover anything else. Hope this helps!
In my expertise VA always fill a void where we don't want to call and think they can do a better job. I've tried it all in all my years what works best is setting up an internet too so self running business of getting in front of motivated homeowners. In this day and age of the internet and social media marketing my site works the best. It's also not as easy as setting up a site, but in the end it pays off because you are building a business. Imagine when you train your VA and they quit. Back to square one. Just my opinion and expertise of what has made me successful.
Awesome! Thank you for the good info and i will also start looking at getting a presence on some of those platforms as well.
