HELP! HELP!!

N/A N/A
Posted

Ok so I found a property and the guy has agreed to the price I have offered him. I have a standard contract for Sale and Purchase of Real Estate with No Broker for Residential Home Sale Agreement.

Is 10.00 ok for earnest to make the contract legal??
Once I get it under contract I have an investor who is interested..so what is the next step??? An assingment contract? If so can anyone give me a site to go to or tell me what the contract should say?

Any help would be great!! If you can tell this is my first deal! :D
