Looking for trustworthy real estate Lawyer in Washington State

Hello all, 

I am just getting started in wholesaling and I am looking for a real estate lawyer that might be able to answer some questions or provide feedback on an assignment contract that I found and some other general questions I would like some clarification on as I have found conflicting answers. Any recommendations?
