Recommended Skip Tracing Services?

Hey everyone, I've been having a hard time tracking down the sellers on my first property and recently had a terrible experience using Batch Lead's services. Are there any skiptracing services you're experienced with or know of that you could recommend?

Hi Jonathan - I use skipgenie.com - overall I get pretty good results and you can just search one property at a time if you prefer.  Good luck

@Jonathan Baird  I've also been looking for a accurate skip tracing service. In my case I'm not looking for any property owner info. I'm actually interesting in locating the next of kin when the property owner has recently passed and there is no surviving spouse. I know I can locate much of this info on my end. But before I assign a researcher to it I would first like to see if there are actually any skip tracing companies that can do it with reliable and accurate data.
