HELP REQUESTED: REPORTED TO STATE DEPT OF JUSTICE: COLD CALLING

I need any recommendations for answering a complaint from the recipient of a cold call from me. He said that I was harrassing him. I want to know "HOW I SHOULD ADDRESS" the complaint so that I will not have any other financial repercussions. THANK YOU FOR ANY HELP!

I don't know what you are doing (the scale or scope), but it would be intelligent to speak to a local attorney about this.
