Wholesaling contract for Chicago & surrounding suburbs
Does anyone have the proper contract I can use to give to my seller here in Chicago? I'm new to wholesaling. Illinois is different than all of the other states so I can't trust a generic wholesale contract. And, for the life of me, I'm having the hardest time pinning down a real estate lawyer who works with wholesalers here and can draw up a contract for me. It's time sensitive as I have a seller that wants to give me his property but I don't have a contract. I want to do a double closing, if that's a helpful detail.
