Have someone that has a 5600sq ft home, is divorcing, motivated, the home was on the market for $498,000 for 2 years, but seller just brought down to $379,000, but on zillow the zestimate is $201,000, i don't know what should be a reasonable offer to the owner to flip to my cash investor? Home in the area are selling between $350,000 -$450,000 recently. Home is not in foreclosure.
