On market wholesale question

Hey everyone!

I currently am submitting an offer on a wholesale deal in Eugene Oregon that is on market. The seller will be getting back to me tomorrow morning. I went directly through the listing agent, but I am looking to assign the contract by calling local agents who have worked with recent flippers. I of course would want to compensate the agent for showing the deal. In this case would the new agent that found the buyer default to the buyers agent or would I just pay a commission fee out of my wholesale fee? If you need more details let me know!

If the wholesaler is paying a listing agent to advertise the property that you want to assign, then that agent already has an agreement with their MLS to split the commissions with another selling agents broker that you would assign to.
