Hello BP Members,
I'm starting out locating and analyzing possible wholesale deals in California. I'd like to know if anyone knows of a good site online to pull comps for possible wholesale/flip deals? Zillow and the like are not too reliable. Would it be prudent to purchase access to one of the national title company websites?
