Does anyone have expierence wholesaling short sales on the MLS? I need some information on how such a deal would work.

Greg Gallucci, new LLC for each deal, absolutely. My state is $50 and 5 minutes of time to setup, I know this isnt for all states. You can assign the LLC before closing, the entity didnt change, some of the company membership might have changed, but the entity buying the property certainly did not change. I setup a simple one page LLC sale agreement, with my LLC sale fee in it. I get that check before closing, they walk in and close as the manager of the LLC, and everyone walks away happy.
