Hey guys
I have a guy that call me from my bandits sign. He is lease purchasing a house but cant finish the term. He called me wanting to sell the property. He says he busy, overwhelmed and cant finished the term. The remaining balance is 3k and he has paid in about 25k.
Is it possible to wholesale this deal?
If so how would it work?
