Cold Calling Driving For Dollars Leads

Hey guys, I am currently working out a script with my partner for my cold calls. We are trying to figure out the best tactful way to ask our driving for dollar leads if they would consider selling their property.

Any examples of how you have asked/qualified your leads as to whether or not they would sell?
