Radio station advertising

Has anyone had success with using radio advertising to find sellers? The pros I see with it are that you don’t have to manage multiple lists and the calls you get will likely be from people who are quality leads.

I just want to know if you or someone you know has had any luck with it or if it didn’t meet your expectations.

Radio kills right now if you do it correctly. I don't do it, but I have someone in a high-level mastermind with me who has been using it effectively for off-market acquisition for more than five years. You absolutely must understand what you are looking for with the stations to do it correctly. The most targeted demographic for sales is 65+ and they listen to radio still. You are looking to advertise on talk radio and get 5-8 slots a day if the price is right. There are deals to be had, but you have to understand what you want so you don't get hosed. My colleague gets A TON of radio leads, it beats every other lead source by far.
