What is a good title commitment turnaround time?

I am looking for an escrow/title company and most of them tell me that it will take 2-4 weeks to get the final title policy.

It may be different in different areas, but my attorney can generally get a 3-5 day turnaround, and if he puts a rush on it, 1-3 days. It's not uncommon for us to get a contract on Monday and close on Friday (or the following Monday).

I guess the ones I called are slow. Anyone know any good escrow/title companies with a 1-3 day turnaround? I am in Irvine, CA. Thanks.
