Loose Leaf Yellow Ruled Paper (for yellow letters)

Does anyone know where to buy loose leaf yellow ruled paper? Ive checked various stores, as well as online shopping and have yet to find a place to purchase this.

In the mean time ive just been stocking up on legal note pads and tearing the sheets out, but If I could buy them already loose leaf that would be my preference.
