Is Connecticut a profitable wholesaling market

Hasan Powell

Seems like everyone I talk to tells me to just get my first deal and everything will fall into place. I have 5k to invest but I don’t know what marketing tools I should invest in and how do I go about knowing if my market is profitable, I would hate to waste time and money in a market that won’t bring in any leads. Can somebody please help me!!!
