Real Estate broker—-

I have a real estate broker who’s in the market for triplexes, duplex’s, rentals & open to other markets. I’ve just introduced myself but I don’t know if I should ask if she buys cash? And if she doesn’t would I still be able to send her any properties? I’m searching for my first deal and it’s kinda nerve racking

How she funds her deals is separate from how she would need you unless you are a hard money lender so I’m not understanding your point here. I realize she is looking to buy not just for clients but for herself. The question is, what value can and will you bring to the table to meet her needs and make money for yourself.
