Wholesaleing in South Texas

I’ve been in real estate for 20 years. My main area of expertise is real estate development/land brokerage. In the state of CA and especially the city of Los Angeles, it’s getting so difficult to get anything done that is absurd. Same goes for most of California. I want to stay in land, but looking to devote half my week (and all of my long time assistant’s time) to wholesaleing in south TX, Hidalgo County. If anyone wants to chat or network about that, I’m here!
