Wholesaling / property gains
Trying to structure a deal, but wanted help to answer a question. If a wholesaler was to buy a property. Would the owner have to pay property Gains? The reason I ask this. My girlfriends aunt owns a duplex and is thinking about selling it but doesn’t want to pay the property Gains. Me and two of my pals just started wholesaling so I was thinking maybe we can do something?

Well, she’d probably like to have an employer pay her $100k and not have to pay taxes too....but neither one of those is going to happen.
