Creating a wholesale partnership

Felipe Giglio
Posted

So I am new to wholesaling, and I was wondering if creating a partnership is a good idea. I understand the cut of the assignment fee will be lower but I was wondering if anyone has had good/bad experience with others in this line of work.

@Felipe Giglio why do you want a partner? My guess is you are new and not confident in what you are doing so you want someone else to be a second check on deals and how you run the business. Often new investors team up with another new investor because it feels safer. However that is a case of the blind leading the blind.

Partnerships can be great. I have a great one. But they can also be nightmares. The best ones are when the partners each  bring something different to the partnership.
