Wholesale contract gone bad
I’m in a unique situation. What do you do if the seller signs the contract, sends someone to go take pictures of it(same day as signing) and finds out the property has been Demo’d?

It sounds like the seller didn't know his own houses was demoed?
Cancel the contract, unless you can purchase it for lot value.
