How much is a good home seller lead worth?

You buy leads ? How much are they worthto you?

There are so many variables to this question. Where are you located? What is the average profit per lead? How hot/cold are the leads? Your level of experience? Quality of presentation? 

Examples: 

If someone is just going to send me photos of For Sale by Owner signs and do 0 footwork, the lead is worth around 500 dollars IF we buy it. 

If someone is going to send me a completed investor pitch form with tons of details, already spoken with the seller, and they are all but ready to close (essentially a wholesale) the number is pretty much infinite. I would pay 1 million dollars for a lead that was all but closed that fetched 5M profit. Hope that makes sense.
