How do I Stay Motivated?
This may seem like a strange question, or maybe it's been answered before, but staying motivated is a big deal. How do you stay motivated when you don't feel like doing what you have to do? Any kind of response would be helpful.

Kevin hit the nail on the head. Follow your passions. Very rarely do you see a super achiever doing something he hates, or is indifferent to. Donald Trump loves building high rise apt buildings. Bill Gates loves computers and technology. Oprah Winfrey loves the media. And on, and on, and on...
Once you find your passion, try implementing these steps...
1. Figure out what you want most (ex: to flip my first house) and make a goal out of it. Put a date of completion on it. And, if you need more motivation, create a contract with another person, stating some consequence for failing to achieve the goal on time. Make sure the consequence is something you'll absolutely hate. Ex: If you're scared of heights, contract that you'll go skydiving if you fail to achieve your goal on time.
2. Create one, or two, positive affirmations and say them about a hundred times a day. Something like, "I am a successful real estate wholesaler. I flip many houses each month." Say them for five min's straight first thing in the morning. And, then again later, if you desire.
3. Visualize your success. Take the few min's before you fall asleep at night to see yourself living your dream life - money, houses, cars, vacations, relationships, etc, etc. This doesn't have to be difficult. Just daydream. If you need help, construct a dream collage, with houses, cars or whatever you want most. I have one and it took me 10 min's to create, all off the internet.
4. Prioritize your life and schedule all of your tasks. There is no such thing as time management. There is only priority management. If your goal is a high enough priority, you will get to it. If you're constantly putting it off in favor of other things, maybe it's not that important to you. And, put your daily tasks on your schedule. And, if you need to replace it, make sure you reschedule it.
5. Read inspiring books about successful people. And, read books that will empower, inspire and motivate you to keep going. I'm always into one or two books at any given time. One is usually a biography on someone successful or who I admire. And one is usually something informational that will help me accomplish the life I want. A few books that are game changers - Quantum Warrior, by John Kehoe, Ask and it is Given, by Hicks, Success Principles, by jack Canfield, Secrets of the Millionaire Mind, by Eker. Ditch the real estate books and choose a mentor, instead. Read books that will [i]really pull you forward.
The important thing is to have a dream, and to believe that it's possible for you. Then, you combine that with an action plan, and voila, your dream will become reality.
