Where is the best place to find rent to own homes?

I have a buyer looking to buy rent to own homes in my state. The location for these homes are far outside my jurisdiction. You know where I can find leads for these rent to own homes? I honestly don't have time to go and search for these leads especially in the locations they are in. Any suggestions how I can find these homes?
