Title Company Atlanta
I'm taking the jump to start my real estate business and I have choose wholesaling as my vehicle to begin this journey. I'm currently in Florida and I will be moving to Atlanta next month. Pretty much I'm trying to hit the ground running and i was wondering does anyone know of any good title agencies in Atlanta that are wholesale friendly. Also if anyone is a wholesaler in Atlanta I would like to meet with you . I don't know anyone there and it seems to be unanimous in the forums that I should start with a mentor to help me out. If you don't mind giving me any help or info it would much appreciated. Also , you have heard it here first (speak it and its done) "I look forward to sharing the details of my first deal. "

In Atlanta we use attorneys and I use Harland and Associates. They are very investor friendly and they even provide all of your contracts for you.
