Good afternoon I got a property that ARV. 115000. Currently tenants renting it for 980 month and has been there 7 years. 3 bedrooms and 1 bath with detached garage. Owners wants 55000 for it. What price would make me between 8000 and 10000 or is the deal not good. First time
