Wholesaling deals to REALTORS?

To some this might sound strange, but I know a few Realtors that are actually investors as well, and they rent out multiple properties. I have spoke to at like 4-5 and I tell them I get properties at great discounts, they gave me there locations to which they buy, I told them I would let them know when I find a property that fits there criteria, they say they can close fast with cash, but is this a good idea? Of course Realtors are looking for good deals, so if I bring them the good deals, and assign them the contract why not? Or do they all have to be "Non Realtors" who only invest? What are your thoughts on this?
