Are people flipping condos?
Looking at a condo to wholesale. The question is will i get a cash buyer. Not sure if they are interested

@Alexis Lightfoot investors buy condos, but you have to know the HOA rules before jumping in. Many condo associations only allow for a certain percentage of units to be used as rentals, and have rules about renting altogether.
