WHERE TO GET LISTS FOR MOTIVATED SELLERS

I’m looking to expand my wholesale operation in New York City, New York but I need NEW lists to send to and new marketing strategies. Does anyone know where I can get foreclosures, tax delinquent, probate lists etc in New York?

Also, what other marketing campaigns work for you other investors? How are Facebook/Instagram ads? PPC? If you have ANYTHING please let me know I want to learn more. Really looking to blow my operation up and become the dominate player in my area. Thank you so much!
