Absentee owner. How do I view inside of property?
Hi guys and gals. I just had a quick question.. I was recently driving for dollars and I came across a property that was definitely vacant. High grass, and violations posted on door. I did my research and found that the owner lived in Oklahoma. I’m in Ohio. How would I go about seeing the inside of the property? It’s been vacant for about 2 years and the owner has no idea where the keys are. Could I break in with the owners permission lol?

sarcasm: check the local adverse possesion laws :)
Seriously: if it looks like you could strike a deal with him, split or cover the locksmith fee with him to have keys made (by his request).
